How do you know when it's time to make a big change in life? I really liked how you talked about moving to Miami and how that environment helped you grow. It’s crazy how just shifting where we are can open up new perspectives.
The part about challenging your own beliefs stood out to me a lot. Feels like a reminder that growth isn’t always comfortable, but it’s necessary.
I think it’s actually really hard to know to make a big change.
I would say that most of the time - and that was the case for me in 2017 - we (humans) make a big change because we are facing a wall and “we don’t have a choice” (we always do, but we feel like we don’t) / or something really shitty happened and we got “punched” so hard that change is the only viable option.
I think that what happens for most people for the 1st big life change.
After going through it once, I think you can develop the self-awareness to sense when a change is necessary.
I obviously don’t know you, but the fact that you are asking this question shows that you have this awareness.
I think growth shouldn’t be comfortable, otherwise you’re not actually growing.
