Great article and points. I've been focused on the truth that each of us doesn't know what we don't know. You're so right that consistency matters but continued learning is key. Thanks!
Referencing your photo: I remember those days when I could tuck my leg under me in a very comfortable pose... 2 knee replacements later and I can no longer do this. But, the good thing is I don't have any pain now ☺️
How interesting. I have tried Yoga - well, a little bit... I was heard to say after about 10 minutes -"Is this all we do"? 🙈 (low boredom threshold/wondering what's next over here). Perhaps I will start again beside the pool...
Joke asides… finding the right yoga teacher was key in the process. There are many styles, many ways to teach and practice… it has to be appealing to you.

Thank you Vicki as always.
"each of us doesn't know what we don't know." I find this topic fascinating by itself... it could be worth writing a full post just on that.
Hmm... maybe a collaboration opportunity.

Haha, no pain is the most important.
What's funny is that I wasn't really able to do that before turning 30. It's when I got into yoga in 2018 that I developed a lot of my flexibility.

Everything is better by the pool 😎
