I am not from the tech world at all, and I love the opportunities that AI has brought in for people like me. I recently realized that, while I did not go into the code/tech world, I do have a brain for building out flows, sequences, and figuring out systems. With the help of AI, I can actually build that out.
In fact, I am restarting my ghostwriting business, and I am working on figuring out how I can meaningfully incorporate AI into this for me and for my clients. So Claude Code has been really helpful to see what can actually be built. I am now trying to learn AI agents to upskill.
I also totally believe that going forward, companies will be built on these systems, and it's definitely not going anywhere. Moreover, it does give a lot of opportunity to people that they did not have before. I never imagined that I could actually build a workable app. Excited for your newsletter on Sunday :))
I have a mixed feelings about Ai. I love Claude and also use it for my businesses - I code pages, do sales funnels-it’s great. But then, I’m scared how good it is. My husband is a programmer and we are both worried about his job and future. Not to mention my travel blog - Gemini is literally stealing my content and I am losing income and can’t do much about it. Still …Clause is great.
The example of your husband is a great example, but I’m sure he can use his experience to make his position evolve so AI coding becomes part of his toolbox… and he can leverage his expertise on other aspects of the work.
