I understand where you're coming from. Don't force it. If you're not inspired to write, just wait until you feel it again. I think your subscribers and followers would prefer reading quality content rather than something you felt obligated to publish in order to meet a schedule.

We are always on such parallel paths, Jeremie.

This: "Then I realized the true answer explaining my inconsistency. I don’t feel I have anything valuable to share at the moment."

Took the words out of my mouth. I've been inconsistent (and gone?!) on and off since we got a home base. I released an article an hour ago about how (wonderfully) boring my life is. I even made commentary that this could be boring to read, but it's just life lately.

Life isn't always some wild adventure and I made a conscious promise to document the seemingly unimportant times too, because I know I'll want to look back on those too.

All this to say, I get it. Just write when you feel something flow through you and it'll all work out.

I appreciate your honesty, Jeremie. We definitely all feel this way sometimes, and for entrepreneurial/creative types, I think it can hit particularly hard because it's not our natural state of being. Be patient with yourself :)

I can very much relate to what you're writing here! Just returned to my former employer after an 8 month sabbatical, and I feel exactly like you describe: flat and uninspired, because I'm comfortable. I came to think that nothing is obviously wrong (its great to have the financial stability, the comfort of nice colleagues), but to be fair I do wonder if something deflates your creative energy to a point that you feel flat I don't know if that means that maybe something is actually wrong :p thanks for sharing your words, they normalize the feeling for me too! I hope you find your spark back soon.
